Overview
This document contains a list with the most common problems in the daily usage of Central, that's why we have established a troubleshooting for some of the most common problems that we can find.
Api Fetch (Campaigns)
Note:
It is possible that sometimes the Api Fetch process does not work due to an internal error in the AdServers API.
- The Api Fetch process for campaigns belonging to Appnexus may not work when the AdServer Account has an amount of campaigns over the stipulated amount (one hundred). In this case we need to delete some of the old campaigns in order to fetch the new ones.
Data Fetch (Campaigns Report)

The Data Fetch process for Campaigns Report usually fails when the AdServer Account for it which the Campaigns belong to, it's not associated to its respective Client.

Another common problem for this case, it's when the Data Fetch process was executed for a date range different to the last modification date of the campaign. This value (parameter) may be obtained from MongoDB.
